Long time, no blog

It's been so long since I last blogged. Since then summer is over and fall is here! I've started a new school year with my adorable students and learned so much in a few short months. On the home front we have also added new member to our family, a precious shiba inu named Kato. I'm so happy for Henry to have a partner in crime.

I poo unicorns and rainbows!

So in an attempt for some much needed inspiration for my blog I decided to look at some others. I am a little more than annoyed by the results. As I have come upon many a beautifully laid out "here is my wonderful-better-than-your life blogs," I have determined that although yes I love my life, adore my husband,and am enamored with my dog sometimes your life feels suckie. That's okay and it's normal; so if you feel like your life is currently on suck mode and not the perfect sparkely world that is presented in these women's blog than don't feel bad, feel great that you are in fact sparkely and wonderful even if your life isn't at the moment.

P.S. I wanted to sock the lady with the picture of her "one size up carat" diamond ring that must of been more that 4 carats in the face today, that would have been rainbows and unicorns for me:)

Celebrating our 1 year anniversary!

Here we are a year after our wedding, it feels like no time at all!So what next? It has been an incredible year of firsts and I still feel like a newlywed. I've known my husband for 7 years and we've been married for one but I am more in love with him then ever. I'm keeping this blog as documentation of our marriage "the first years." I feel like I don't reflect enough on this wonderful life that I have. So excited to get started,can't believe I'm a blogger no one will probably read this, lol.
